All new vendors partnering with NextGen Property Maintenance are subject to a one-time charge of $150, which provides a full year (12 months) of access to work opportunities within our network.
This fee helps cover the cost of our work order management system, job scheduling platform, and administrative support that keeps projects organized, efficient, and consistently flowing. Vendors benefit from streamlined job assignments, clear communication, and ongoing support from our team.
By investing, vendors gain access to consistent work orders, faster coordination, and the ability to grow alongside NextGen Property Maintenance.
A portal specifically for property maintenance contractors - maintenance, paint, repairs, all of it. Every job has a client name, a service address, a priority level, and a real status.
Open. In progress. Completed. No guessing.
Payment Terms – Net 30
All payments through NextGen Property Maintenance are processed on Net 30 terms. This means payment is issued within 30 days from the date the invoice is received and approved.
Vendors are required to submit accurate and complete invoices promptly after job completion. Once the work has been verified and the invoice is approved by our team, payment will be scheduled within the 30-day payment cycle.
These terms allow for proper processing, quality control, and administrative review while ensuring consistent and reliable payment scheduling for all vendors.
1099 Independent Contractors
NextGen Property Maintenance works with all vendors as independent contractors under a 1099 payment structure. This means vendors are not employees of the company and are responsible for managing their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
Payments are issued without tax withholdings, and vendors will receive a 1099 form at the end of the year for tax reporting purposes, in accordance with IRS guidelines.
Vendors are required to submit a completed W-9 form before receiving payment and must maintain all necessary licenses, insurance, and compliance required to perform work.
By operating as a 1099 contractor, vendors have the flexibility to manage their own schedules while benefiting from consistent work opportunities through NextGen Property Maintenance.
